Slice the onion into 1cm thick slices.

You have to fry the oil a little higher so that the cheese doesn't leak out. If you fry it at low temperatures for a long time, cheese can leak out~~~ The color needs to be a bit darker to make it more crispy. I put the leftovers in the refrigerator, turned them upside down in the air fryer for 5 minutes, and baked them for 5 minutes, so I could eat them as crispy as if they had just been fried.^^
